The Rating Booklet is an optional tool containing all the measures of the DRDP (2015) Preschool Fundamental View, without the examples. The Rating Booklet can serve as a place to record anecdotal notes for an individual child, or as the basis for a child’s portfolio.
This worksheet helps assessors plan how to gather documentation for the Preschool Fundamental View of the DRDP (2015) assessment. Using the worksheet, assessors can identify and organize which measures need further observations or conversations with families or other providers.
