Using DR Access Reports Course Workbook

The “Using DR Access Reports” course illustrates how to produce a Detailed Child Report, which is a relatively straightforward process. Because the process involves a number of steps, this workbook clearly outlines the steps to help you remember them. As you’ll see, the course is designed to guide you in producing a Detailed Child Report using the ratings from one of your DRDP records. And you can choose to produce the report either while completing the course or afterwards. Whichever way you choose, this workbook is invaluable – use it during the course and keep it handy afterwards to guide you in producing reports.

Producing a Detailed Child Report

A. Log Into Your DR Access Reports Account

  1. Go to DRAccessReports.org
  2. Log in using the username and password that you provided when creating your account.
  3. If you have any difficulties, watch the video tutorials on the Login page.

B. Assure That There is at Least One DRDP Record in Your Reports Account

  1. Log into your DR Access Reports account (see step above).
  2. Click on Reports.
  3. Click on Detailed Child Reports.
  4. Scroll down to the table below the search box to see if at least one child’s name is listed.
    • If so, you are ready to produce a report. Return to the course and proceed.
    • If not, the next step depends on which system you use to manage your DRDP data; either SEIS or SIRAS, or DR Access Reports.

For SEIS or SIRAS Users: If you do not see at least one child’s record in DR Access Reports, refer to this guidance document for information about transferring data to DR Access Reports: DRAccess.org/TransferringDataFromSEIS.html.
Once you have data in DR Access Reports, return to the course and proceed.

For DR Access Reports Users: If you do not see any records in your DR Access Reports account, enter one rating record in order to produce a report and proceed with the course.

If you need assistance entering a record, log into your DR Access Reports account, watch the video tutorial on the Home screen next to the “Start a New Rating Record” menu option or read the User’s Manual on the Help screen. Once completed, return to the course and proceed.

If you don’t know where your DRDP data is managed: Contact your administrator to find out where your DRDP Rating Records are entered, then return to the course and proceed.

C. Produce a Detailed Child Report

  1. Log into your DR Access Reports account (see step A above).
  2. Click on Reports.
  3. Click on Detailed Child Reports.
  4. Scroll down to the table below the search box to see the list of children with DRDP records you have completed. Identify one child to produce a Detailed Child Report for, and to the left of the name click “Child Detail.”

Note: If the child you are looking for is not in the list, scroll up to the search box and search by the child’s name. If you still do not find the record, search using additional information. You may search the current or prior assessment periods.

  5. After a few moments, a new window will open and the report will appear.
  6. Print the report. If you are unable to print, save it to your computer and be sure to remember where you saved the file.
